Under the current rules that have been put in place by the government, we are have remained open throughout the COVID-19 outbreak observing and practicing all the necessary precautions.
As a result, we have made some adjustments to our packing and delivery procedures.
We will follow the government’s guidelines and will always maintain 2 meters away from others. Our team have been advised to wear gloves whilst handling goods, carry sanitizers and to wash hands regularly at every given opportunity.
To ensure everyone’s safety, our team will now self-sign all delivery notes, clearly print the name of the person who received the goods and provide an image of where the goods were left.
We understand why a lot of students and residents had to leave their items behind as they travelled back home to join their families. We also understand that in these uncertain times, it will be difficult to plan and decide what do with the items left behind. That is why we are providing flexible options such as temporary storage, bespoke packing out services and delivery services. Whilst doing so, at every stage, you can rest assured we will take all the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We have a team of professional packers on standby. The number of packers we send will depend on the size of the job.
Yes. All our packing quotes include packing materials such as boxes, tape and bubble wrap.
We advise our customers to always take up insurance. This could be your own insurance, however should you not have any, we can provide comprehensive insurance cover for your valuable items on request.
Once your items are packed you can either decide to send them to a delivery address in UK or abroad, or we can store them for you. Have a look at our delivery services and storage services for more information.
We have different sites tailored for different needs, with varied accessibility. We manage all of our sites and therefore access is by appointment only with 24 hours’ notice required. However, in some instances, same day access can be arranged at short notice. We will arrange for a member of our team to meet you personally on site.
We aim to make your life easier by offering to pack and collect your items. However, if you prefer to deliver your own contents into and out of our storage units, you can.
For the initial collection and/or first 4-week’s payment, we can take a credit or debit card payment. For your ongoing storage payments, you will be required to complete a direct debit mandate. You will receive a 4-weekly invoice on most services.
Yes, we offer storage solutions for any length of term necessary.
We cannot store flammable, perishable or illegal items at Mango Storage. Please see a complete list of prohibited items not suited for storage.

To track your delivery, we will provide you with a reference number or airway bill number and a link. You can track your delivery using the link.
